The Underwriting Stage of Applying for a Mortgage

The loan processor verifies the information on your application, while the appraiser ensures the property value is in line with the home loan amount. Then it’s time for the underwriter to make the final approval after making a detailed check of your information. 

When your loan is approved, we will discuss monthly payments with you and the loan amount. Once you’ve reviewed the contract carefully, it’s time to sign and pay the closing costs. We will be there to assist you with the transfer of the deed, and then to congratulate you on your new home purchase.
