Dry Rub Recipe:
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/2 cup granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1/2 cup fine-ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup granulated onion
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup ground yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoon cayenne
- 3 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
Mix all of the ingredients together to make a fantastic dry rub.
Pro Tip: Make 4x the amount and save it for the next time you BBQ.
