Hi Jon,

I just wanted to Thank You for help with our last direct mail campaign for the HARP refinance program.  We mailed 2,000 records and received about a 2.5% response rate- 49 calls! Of those we have 7 loans in the pipeline (so far) with an estimated gross commissions of around $28K.  We will definitely be continuing with this campaign.  Thanks again!

Today mortgage lenders are required  with “over documentation”.
